Dr. Melvin Velazquez, received his doctorate from NYU’s Dental School of Doctor Dental Science. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn.

The doctor also holds Associated Fellowship Certification from the World Clinical Laser Institute & is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Puerto Rico Dental Association, U.S.A. and Dominican Dental Association.
