Our dental team at Woodside Dental Care is excited to welcome you and your family to our office. Before you arrive for your initial appointment, we want to make sure you are well prepared, which is why we invite you to review the following page of information.
Your First Visit
The moment you call to schedule an appointment with our dental office, you can expect to receive a warm welcome over the phone from our friendly receptionists. They will answer your questions, get you scheduled, and go over the most efficient way to complete any digital paperwork.
When you arrive, our front desk team will welcome you by name. Our goal is to keep your wait time in our lobby to no more than five minutes. One of our dental hygienists or assistants will call you to the back and be with you throughout your appointment.
To make your visit more enjoyable, we will offer mouthwash, blankets, or other amenities before taking down any records. One of our dentists will then introduce themselves before sitting down to listen to your concerns and reason for your visit. We strive to spend ample time with each patient so that we can adequately discover, educate, and present our findings. We do not believe in rushing appointments, so you can expect our dentists and team members to spend as much time with you as needed.
Patient Forms
Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.
